“The Aran sweater is absolutely beautiful and I’m very pleased with the quality, however it is very generous size wise so I would size down .The one star is for customer service as I had to return it for a smaller size .The company don’t offer an exchange so I had to buy a new one and return the original one for a refund. I didn’t have a problem with this at the time but now over three and a half weeks later , numerous message’s and many , many ( failed) attempts to call customer services I have still not received my money ! I really think this is completely unacceptable, especially during the Christmas season when money can be tight . Perhaps going forward, to offer a better customer service, you could move some of your staff from dispatch to returns ? I received both of the sweater’s within 24 hours of ordering. I’m sure people wouldn’t mind waiting 48 for delivery during busy periods if you could offer a better and more efficient refund system ?”

“Excellent quality very warm and the colour is great one star missing as they said they would post it in a box which didn't happen came in a plastic bag but this time it was not damaged.”

“Held together with rows of single knit strands of thin wool which let the cold and wind through and look like they will break very easily. Tried to import 2 images of the sweater showing the flimsy rows but couldn't submit them because was loading all of my images, even though I selected only 2.”
