“Although pleased with the contents of the hamper we sent to my son and daughter in law for their anniversary, it arrived without the greetings card we paid extra for, so they had no idea who had sent it which caused confusion. When I queried this I must say the customer care was very poor. Although admitting it was an oversight at despatch and a refund for the card was given, there was little concern over this error. I probably will not use this service again.”
