“The hamper was a Corporate gift, which the client was delighted with. My only issue was the fact that there was nowhere on the site for me to leave a message for the client. I ended up having to e-mail the client to tell them that there was a hamper on the way and that it was from my company. A small dialogue box for a message to the client and stating who the hamper was from would have been very beneficial. If I missed this please let me know, as I will definitely look at Carroll's next Christmas, but I would not want to have to e-mail each client individually at such a busy time of the year.”
