“I ordered 7 such boxes and two of them came not in a perfect condition: one had bottom opened and truffles fell off the box and were scattered across the external package. The second box also had some damage but not to the degree when truffles start to fall off. Obviously, these two boxes were already damaged when they were packed as the external box came in perfect condition. This means the damage was not due to transportation.”
