“Products fine. Pricing ok, however when I ordered on 17/12 you were advertising you still had time to order up to 19/12 in order to be in time for delivery before Christmas. My order was delivered on 28/12 which was a huge negative. Better to under promise and over deliver, you did it the other way round which would put a huge question mark over whether I would order with you again.”
