“While my gift was delivered well in time for Christmas, I was disappointed that my message wasn't included with the hamper. There was also a problem when I placed the order. The order form format would not accept my address as the billing address which was different to the delivery address. In order to proceed with the order I had to give the recipient's address. Placing the order was frustrating. B Walsh received the hamper as a gift. I would be happy if you could please advise how I can rectify this problem should I placed an order in the future.
