“I cannot imagine why anyone would buy another brand at any cost. My GRI 1500Li is an amazing technology on wheels. I am not new to CarTek. I have been using a 15 fifteen year old GRi 1200 for many years. I have changed a few gears here and there, (probably due to my misuse), but this company goes out of their way to help customers and at a fair price. Finally the day came when I wanted to up grade. Two guys in my regular foursome bought the new 1500’s. One with remote and one without. I liked what I saw and gave my old dependable 1200 to a Grandson. I dropped an email to CarTek and received a quick response. Not from a salesman, but from the CEO. He called me to make sure I would be aware of the new technology in the 1500. Mainly that the new ones running on remote will track true and automatically correct for any force (mole hill, depression, or tree limb. Sure enough it does. I tried to steer it on remote and it would not deviate from a course that had been inputted. You guide your new cart with the remote, or switch to “trolly” (which is easy to do). Bottom line, it is the best cart on the market, bar none. It is the best value on the market and it is backed by the best team at Car Tek, from the boss, sales, and tech support. You will not be disappointed.”
