Following my recent order, and its delivery, this is to provide some feedback on my experience. You might find this helpful as you navigate forward, especially with future orders.
First there is a Route Package Protection charge of $0.98. I have no idea what that was for but it was not desired, not explained or was it removable. I am not aware of this type of ‘forced’ charge in anything else I order from numerous sites across the web. I was inclined to just ignore it but, given the additional comment below, I’ll address this, too.
Second is the lack of conveyance with regard to the package processing and delivery. I ordered the cup holders on Nov 26 and the items were delivered on Dec 3 (normal given distance, weekends and the Thanksgiving holiday). I received nothing that indicated you had processed my order, that it had been sent or any tracking information (i.e., vendor and tracking #.) Initially I was left wondering why a firm takes so long to order process, so must be unique to Cart Tek. Today, Dec 8, I received an email with tracking information. Ha ha, the item was delivered five days ago. As with the prior paragraph – I order lots from web-based merchants and every company provides information on processing and delivery details. This is an area ripe for improvement at Cart Tek.
