“Customer service was slow to replace the remote and I had a sense they did not believe the info I gave them. They asked me to replace the batteries, check for interference from Cell towers, power lines etc, anything else but a faulty remote. Well it was a faulty remote!! The Cart is great, I love it, and now the remote works good too. Rgds”
