Hi Harry, The description does indicate that you need to order the Anderson Style if you have the Yellowstone: "The Classic battery monitor will fit all batteries with XLR style connector your battery. If your battery has the Anderson PowerPol design, (i.e. Yellowstone), you will need the Anderson-style battery monitor." If you accidentally ordered the XLR version, we can exchange this for you. “Received the battery meter and am anxious to try it out. Did not receive the meter. All contents of box are shown in photo. No instructions or invoice included. Do not know what that black thing is...looks like some kind of strap or cord holder???”

Hi Doug, the black thing is the multimedia holder. It was accidentally sent instead of the multimeter. We're sending the multimeter out tomorrow for you.
