I bought the case originally through Amazon. When I received the wrong size, I reached out to customer service to correct the issue and found out that I had purchased it from an unauthorized re-seller. Well, phooey. The REAL CaseMate still helped me and got me the right case with a discount. They really, very much, went above and beyond what I was expecting.
Now that I have the right case on my phone, I am incredibly happy with my purchase. It's cute, it's sparkly! It goes well with my Barely Blue Pixel. It makes me feel magical! It didn't add as much bulk to the phone as I thought it was going to, which is really nice. Also the button slots aren't weirdly stiff. There is give there, making it easy to use the buttons. Not all cases can claim that. :)
Combine the cuteness of this case with the amazing customer service, I will def be recommending this company to any of my friends, and be back in the future to look here *first* for a case before I look anywhere else.
