“I bought this case almost 2 years ago and it has protected my phone well, nothing has broken or cracked. It is also so cute! My favorite phone case I’ve ever had. My only complaint is the buttons stick out far which makes it hard to set on its side when watching a show. The buttons also come out easily. My 2 yr old recently pulled out one of the buttons and lost it. Case-mate has a warranty and they replaced my case for only the cost of shipping. It also seems that case-mate has fixed the button problem in this slightly newer version of my case! I feel like I have a brand new phone!”
