“I would love to give a review once I actually receive it. Unfortunately, for some reason they shipped it to my sister‘s address even though I put in my shipping address and the only time I ever used my sister’s shipping address was to send her a gift through Amazon and I did not order this on Amazon. This was a replacement on an actual recommended url address through T-Mobile who said the site I went on was to replace it beings I have a lifetime warranty. So I’m now having to pay another shipping fee to have it sent from my sister in Arizona to me in Oregon. Upset that this was unavoidable apparently as it would not save my shipping address, which makes no sense. The T-Mobile representative couldn’t understand why this was happening either.”
“Very nice case! It’s very durable and I get lots of comments on how pretty it is. Will definitely re-purchase if I get a new IPhone as the old case never fits a new phone.”
“I had to contact Customer Service because the delivered product was labeled 'Twinkle' but I ordered 'Twinkle Ombre' so I didn't know if I received what I ordered. I would suggest that your branding become consistent, eg the product label is the same as the website label.”
“I have just bought this case and have a universal compatible Qi charge pad that works with all my other cases BUT this one- very frustrating when it clearly shows on the website that it it is compatible. This needs to be addressed or clearly stated on the website.”
