“I had high hopes for this -- it's beautiful and sparkly, durable, and well built. However, if the inner ring is folded in, I have found it impossible to fold it out when it's attached to my phone. I have to remove it and push it from the inside then reattach the ring. Pretty frustrating.”

“I am using this with a Casemate case so I had high hopes, I really really wanted this to work. But the magnet is SO weak that if you accidentally hit it a little it pops completely off. To make it even worse, the movement of the ring itself up and down is so incredibly tight/stiff that it is literally impossible to move the ring while it's attached to the case without taking the ring off. To be honest it's so unusable that I wonder if mine is defective, otherwise I can't imagine how anyone is using this. Extremely disappointing!”
