“I followed the instructions to the letter, and it applied but didn't "stick", probably due to it not being the same size as the screen of an S23 Ultra which left room for it to "peel up." I was excited about it compared to a traditional, plastic-like screen protector... but it didn't work so I can't say it's good. I tried to get a refund but they requested a picture or short video to demonstrate the "defect", even though I never called it a defect and simply said I wasn't satisfied with the product and would like a refund or to try an alternate product. How am I supposed to take a video demonstrating it didn't work, jump in my time machine and remember to record myself following the instructions? Not great.”
“Be sure to read all instructions and get the cut out carefully positioned over the front facing camers so that the film covers the curve in the glass to the edge. It fits perfectly well and I am happy that the fingerprint unlock works on the first try. The protector is more expensive than some other options, but it is a Samsung approved product and I am very satisfied with it.”
“Rubbish item. It will offer no protection whatsoever if your device accidentally falls face-flat on a hard surface. It does not even stick properly to the device screen, and repeatedly reveal air bubbles beneath the so-called "protector", even when the air bubbles were not initially present when you first attached it to the device!”
“Followed directions and it's didn't come off the paper so easily. Had to peel off corners and it was downhill from there. Kept rolling up or folding in and very hard to peel apart after that. After several trys it went in the trash.”

“Am very disappointed because I have bought 2 of these screen protector and read the directions the first one when I was trying to peel the top cover of the second part and it all came apart from the phone. Then order another and it bubble up. I tried to smooth the bubble out but didn't work out to me.”
