“The case is easy to put on and feels very sturdy. I have dropped my phone a few times especially when you let your toddler use it and the case looks brand new.”
“The case is very pretty and seems decently protective, but it keeps triggering the Side button . Sometimes it triggers it when I barely brush against it, and sometimes it triggers it when I don’t touch it at all. They must have gotten the measurements wrong or something. It has caused the phone to power itself off, call emergency services, etc.
Support was great and they provided a full refund, but it has really put me in a bind as I’m having to deal with the defective case until the new one I ordered comes in. This was my first Case Mate purchase and now it will be my last.”
