“It’s an absolutely gorgeous case. I also really the tactical buttons. However I had to knock off one star because I don’t like how the action button is just a cut out. It makes it less easy to push the action button, which defeats the purpose. Seems a little bit like lazy designing to me. The case also does add a little bit of weight as other reviewers have said. If they could fix that action button situation, I’d never consider using another case!”

“Just purchased Touch of Pearl MagSafe case for iPhone 15 pro. Absolutely love it. I had a glitch at time of purchase with a discount code. Customer service was amazing. I have been issued a refund and the matter was totally corrected in under 24 hours. I thanked them for the promptness and actually received another reply. This is my second purchase in two years (my two year old case from iPhone 13 Pro is still awesome) and will be back when I purchase a new phone in two years .”
“This is more of a review of case-mate in general and their poor quality control. I ordered the touch of pearl case a whole set, the "not your mother's pears set" to be exact. When my package arrived, it was missing the phone case even though it was checked off on the packing slip. I reached out to customer support and was told that case is out of stock and they don't know when it will be available (even though it was in stock when I purchased it). Since the other items were part of that set I said to send me a prepaid shipping label because I want to return the ring stand and phone charm. I was sent a link to see if my return would be approved and I was expected to physically go drop it off at one of the listed providers. Excuse me but it was the company's mistake and now they don't have the item to correct it, so I am expected to do the leg work to return it?? Absolutely not. Horrible customer service in my opinion.”
