“didn’t hold up on durability as promised. immediate scratches on the back of the case from magsafe charger and when tried to place a claim for a replacement which included photos it was “not eligible”.”
“The case is great EXCEPT they completely ruin the experience with the new action button. Rather than provide a tactile button to press they made a cutout which recesses the button making it difficult to use. I’m not sure I’ll keep this case on the phone long and I definitely don’t recommend unless they fix that glaring issue.”
