“Love this collection! Couldn’t wait to use it on my cruise. Tote is great. Phone pouch clip came off after 2-3 use making pouch now non functional. Very disappointed about this. Unfortunately I bought tote last summer first time using it. Submitted claim for pouch only-as there warranty states up to a 60 day exception from warranty expiring. Waiting for a response. As I have the whole collection.”
