“The case is fine- yellowed a little, but didn’t stretch over time, and protected the phone. The main problem I had was that the company’s marketing & sales tactics are dishonest. Two discount codes were applie & remained through the checkout process- until my payment was actually processing, the one was deleted which added $20 to the total. Customer service refused to honor the total I had been shown throughout the order process & up until they were taking my money. Really bad customer service policy & treatment. The customer’s choice is to accept the unadvertised upcharge, or go through the process of contacting customer svc & returning the items.”
“Its a cute case, but I had to return it as I felt it had a more of a green tone. Currently waiting for the next case, but for some reason every time I have ordered from case mate, my orders seem to take forever to be delivered they stay in one location for 5-6 days with no movement. Keep that in mind when purchasing.”
“Fits well and happy with the product and quality overall, but beware that (at least on a black phone) it looks SUPER pink/purple from almost all angles. It's not what I had envisioned when buying it or expected based on the photo, so just know that in advance!”
