“I bought the large tote and the mini in separate orders. My tote arrived but unfortunately not my mini (misplaced by USPS). I contacted Case Mate and they were so kind and helpful and replaced my mini with ease. Thank you so much! I love my bags and customer service was outstanding. Highly recommended”
