“I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter, so it has not been used yet. However, I did open it and it is so cute. The bag, the insert and the matching keychain/bag charm is just adorable and I can't wait to give it to her.
I do want to mention that I had to chase my order down at the post office. I had it delivered to my school and it just so happened to deliver on a Saturday when we were closed. I had difficulties tracking the shipment...the tracking kept saying delivery would be attempted again the following day and it never was.
I had to Chat GPT the tracking number and it routed me to the local post office where it had been dropped off that same day we were closed and I was never notified.
The post office said when I went by there that they were glad I came by because they were fixing to send it back.
I feel like if I spend the type of money that I did on this bag AND paid for shipping, then it should have been easier to track and I should not have had to "chase down" my own package.
With that being said....aside from the delivery fiasco, I love this bag and accessories.”
