“So, bought this in September 2022 and I've used it here and there. Now it's February 2023 and it just suddenly stopped charging. The lights turn on but my iPhone 14 Pro Max doesn't charge. I tried it on my sister's iPhone 12 Pro Max and the same thing. The blue LED light keeps blinking and I can't seem to figure out how to torubleshoot to know what this means. Luckily warranty covered it and I'm getting a replacement. Will have to check again in a few months and see if this one will last. I also wish Fuel would post troubleshooting instructions on the page.”

“Okay so I got this because the item description on the website said MagSafe and "Fast charging up to 10W" so I was super excited. When I got the item, what was written on the box was MagSafe up to 7.5W MagSafe wireless charging AND Qi-compatibility charging up to 10W. I wish they'd mention that on the website description. Kinda bummed.”
