“A little under a year ago, I had bought this because it would save so much chaos from wires on my night stand. Well, it only lasted 3 months until it stopped working. The first one kept blinking after I would try to charge my phone, so I contacted customer support and I sent them a video and talked with them in detail about it after troubleshooting, and they sent me an entire new one! Great! I got the new Fuel station in the mail and it worked for several months until now, again. UGH. It won't even recognize my phone when I put it on the phone stand anymore, even without the case on! This is ridiculous. I understand a malfunction here and there with a few products out of a batch, but it seems there's something functionally wrong with the wiring design of this product. I'm so disappointed because I don't know what to do anymore in order to get a quality 3-in-1 charging system for my apple devices without spending $300.
It seems it should be more fluid and error free design especially for paying over $100 MSRP.
