“The upright part of this charging station doesn’t charge my phone. I have to use the slat part to charge it. But then I can’t charge my AirPods at the same time. Not happy that half of this console is unusable, especially at this price point.”
“It broke within a week and there is no human support service. The message implies it’s due to Covid. Seriously? It’s almost 2024. If you aren’t going to offer human support, provide items that don’t break so quickly.”

“Started off great but quickly malfunctioned and now it's just got a constant flashing red light so it won't charge anything. Very frustrating. It's been well cared-for and I was so excited to reduce the chargers I needed from 3 to 1 but this has not been reliable.”
“My family and I all recently purchased these for traveling. One thing to note is that since it comes with the 45W wall charger, it does require quite a lot of power. This means it needs to be plugged into the 45W cube directly rather than into a multiple usb-hub. I recently tried to use it without the cube and realized there wasn't enough power to charge my phone ( it did work enough for my watch). Using the regular cube it came with, instantly made it work properly.
*I also read in another review that their 2nd generation AirPods won't charge with it. Unless they meant 2nd gen Pro, the regular 2nd generation AirPods don't come with a wireless charging case.”
