“The only problem I have is the weak link between phone holder and the belt clip.
If you could provide the button clip that holds the two together you could save a lot of warranty issues. Each time I had one break you always stand by your product with a replacement.”
“The button on the right side of my Pelican case broke for my iPhone 13 Pro requiring me to use my car keys or something similar, or go into Settings to turn my iPhone off or to use Apple Pay. I went to an AT&T store to purchase another case and was informed by the store representative the case was under warranty. She sent me a link and I filed a claim on line and received a new case within 1-2 weeks. Thanks.”
“Been getting this style Pelican Shield 2 piece case for years and it is a very durable case, and has been great at protecting my phone. I hope that they will continue to make this specific style case, OR bring it back for the future iPhones because I am definitely not a fan of the new re-designed Pelican Shield case (the one for the iPhone 15) looks like a re-designed Protector Case or Voyager Case. When you think of Pelican cases you think of the heavy duty snaps just like the ones for the rifle and camera cases and when you got rid of the two piece Shield Case for the iPhone 15 I will no longer purchase these for my phone until you bring that style back.”
“I am a Taiwanese. I bought it in Taiwan. But there was a little trouble in Taiwan's Offical Company. And then I went to the US Warranty Claim asked for a new replacement.
I couldn't believe the efficiency was so fast. The new one case was been send in 24 hours. I only waited for 5 days to get the brand new one from the USA. And I also love the Delivery they choosed, DHL.
Pelican Team and Case Mate Team really have great teamwork. I promised next time when I have a new phone I will still choose Pelican and Case Mate.
