The belt clip is usable, but is not designed for a heavy grade ( i.e.: thick) Lucas belt ( professional service) application, & can be broken if it comes loose from the belt .

The swiveling belt clip/holster suffers from a design weakness, the swivel "button" assembles/secures through the phone clip using 2 tangs that break of easily. I've gone through two of them.”

“This case is quite tough, but the belt clip not-so-much. The case protecting the phone is super rugged and virtually indestructible - I flat out love it. The clip broke after 1 week in use. And getting a replacement is harrowing, to say the least. First, if you don't keep a copy of the receipt, then you forfeit (?!!) your lifetime warranty - that absolutely sux and is indefensible. Second, no one at this company seems to know how to select the correct replacement part. I had to pay for 2 successsive shipment for incorrect parts before I was shipped the correct part at no extra charge. Not my favorite way to start a relationship with MagSafe. I'm sorry that I switched from the other phone protector”
