“I was ordering IPhone 16 pro. The case appears to be too large for my phone. Not sure how max was added. Can you please send us a replacement and we can return the one sent in error.”
“The case itself appears to be very good at doing its job protecting my phone. But the second part of protecting the phone isn’t that great the belt clip. Yes the belt clip, it insures I don’t leave the phone hind and I don’t sit on my phone in my back pocket and break it. That is the reason for the 3 stars, it broke in the first month. Never had this problem with OtterBox.”

Thanks for your feedback! If anything happens to the integrity of the charger cover, it would be covered under warranty. All you'd have to do is file a claim with a photo of the case and your reciept or order number. Let us know if you need anything!
