“My very first one broke. Customer service was great and sent out a replacement. That one never showed up. So they FedEx’d another one. Within 30 days the case broke the same exact spot. I will not be troubling them this time. It’s unfortunate!”
“Had a slight issue with my case. Sent in a replacement request. It was handled extremely quick and received my new case within a week. Everything was great very happy with their promptness.”
