“I was told the pelican Voyager black magsafe phone case was an equivalint of the Otter box Defender it is very wrong, the Belt Clip is very cheap, it has a problem of breaking I have been thru 4 clips , 2 was replaced by Verizion store and 2 thru the lifetime warranty, ( but they charge you $7.95 shipping ) for each replacement I have never had a Otterbox belt clip break. I ended up using an old otterbox belt clip to be able to use my Pelican Voyager case, then I dropped it and the inter hard shell broke in the corned. the cost of this case was the same as an Otterbox Defender ( plus another $15 for the 2 shipping charges) save yourself the cost and the hassel buy something else”
“I was pleasantly suprised how easy it was to file a claim for replacement of my Pelican Voyager case that broke. I answered a few questions, sent a photo and my request was approved very quickly. The replacement case arrived in perfect condition a few days later.
Great job Case Mate !!”
