“My pashmina was out of stock, so I was a bit frustrated at the long delay. Apparently those designer goats had to be herded back in from a distant pasture and sheared on the spot for the weaving. When the pashmina finally arrived, it wasn't remotely the color pictured. The picture is a beautiful pale pink. My pashmina is more of a bubble gum-pepto bismol color. I know that there can be online color discrepancies but as I have a quality monitor, it shouldn't happen often. Even tho I was very disappointed at the color, it made little sense to return it for a different color, for that too could be completely off from the picture. It is a nice, soft wrap and feels lovely and warm. My plan was to keep it in one of the side slots of my purse for unplanned movie trips and chilly doctors' offices. It does fit, although tightly, and thus makes the other purse compartments difficult to access. This obviously isn't the fault of cashmere boutique. It's easier to carry it in a tote bag, but then I might as well be carrying a jacket or sweater. I was hoping for magic I guess, an elegant solution that provides warmth and then can be tucked away. If only my beloved Radley handbag were a smidge bigger. In any case, it is warm enough to keep away movie chills. I leave it folded double and just drape it across my front. If it were the pictured color I'd be much more pleased with it, but bottom line for my needs it isn't what I'd hoped, partly my fault for unrealistic expectations and partly the fault of cashmere boutique for inaccurate photos.”
