“My wife loves the robe. However, I would add to the care instructions: “never dry-clean.” Despite being strongly requested otherwise, we have had two dry cleaners insist on steam pressing the cashmere robe. As a consequence shrinkage is about 20%. It’s the end of the robe’s wearability.”
