“The coat I received was an excellent cashmere coat but I ordered the wrong size and when I returned for an exchange that's when I followed cashmere instruction on how to return then a week later they asked for my tracking number still no notice of when my replacement coat would arrive, because I complained they canceled my order and stated that I would have to reorder using their website still no explanation of why they would not exchange other than they did not like my negative review of their company.”
