“I have been a Catspot customer since the days the company advertised on Howard Stern’s radio show. Howard and his wife are well-known cat rescuers.
A few weeks ago, I tried to get my regular shipment moved forward. Nothing I did could accomplish this. The company knows who I am enough to let me know the product will ship, and to charge my credit card, but is completely unresponsive otherwise. I will continue my standing order. The cusss-tomer service could use some improvement.”
“I've had cat spot for a year now, and I'm still very satisfied with it. It is very absorbent, & covers the smell both urine and poop very well. My cat likes stepping into it also, which is important. The litter is not expensive for a month's worth, which of course is also important. “The company is great to work with. Before getting our 3 yo rescue cat we research both the product and the Co. Nothing but satisfied.
The litter we chose is Non-Clumping. Easy to care for. Best scoop fecal material out and stir daily but even if miss a day or 2 now odor in the house (can smell a bit right next to the box). With the Catspot Litter Box very minimal tracking. We put fecal material in the toilet and dump the rest in the lawn. With just one cat we get 3 bags which lasts over 2 months. Lumiere had no issues adjusting to Catspot.

“This is not my first review of Catspot. I've been a fan for over a year and have recommended it to my friends. One of the best aspects of the product is that you can use the old stuff as a soil enhancer - good for people with yards but not as practical for my daughter living in the city. She felt a bit guilty trying to surreptitiously add her "used" Catspot to the city park. ;) I, however, will continue to recommend this product. thank you.”
