The company knows who I am enough to let me know the product will ship, and to charge my credit card, but is completely unresponsive otherwise. I will continue my standing order. “The company is great to work with. Before getting our 3 yo rescue cat we research both the product and the Co. Nothing but satisfied.
The litter we chose is Non-Clumping. Easy to care for. Best scoop fecal material out and stir daily but even if miss a day or 2 now odor in the house (can smell a bit right next to the box). With the Catspot Litter Box very minimal tracking. We put fecal material in the toilet and dump the rest in the lawn. With just one cat we get 3 bags which lasts over 2 months. Lumiere had no issues adjusting to Catspot.
