“I do like this litter for several reasons: it is very light weight, very easy to dispose of, and it contains odor really well. I use it in my outside litter box, so it doesn’t need replacing very often. I do think my cats prefer it to the indoor box, too, because they all go to the door in the morning to go outside for their morning ‘visit’.
Indoors, though, I’m not so fond of it because it gets all over the house, being carried throughout in between my cats’ toes.”
“This litter is incredibly light, lasts a while, and is good for covering up smells. My only gripe is that these fine, feather-light particles of coconut get everywhere. I have to sweep around the litter box several times a day, and am constantly finding this litter every where my cats go. It's otherwise a great choice for a litter and certainly better than most that you would find in your typical store, but be aware of the tracking issue when purchasing.”
“What I like about Catspot is that it is recyclable. Ordinarily a lot of my throwaway garbage would be old cat litter. And the litter when new was in big bags or boxes and was heavy to carry. Catspot is light and entirely recyclable, after removing the poop, and in fact benefits my garden, provides a mulch that improves the soil - lots of nitrogen and who knows what other nutrients in cat pee, (human pee too for that matter). It could be improved by making it less fly away, less light, in fact. My cat kicks it all over the place. But she is not allergic to it as she is to some litters.”
“Great odor control. Needs changing every 3 days with 2 cats.
The product is very lite & is easily tracked with need to sweep daily. We mix with some clay cat litter that helps
Overall a good product that we will continue to use.”
