“While I love the product it seems to take about 10 days from ship date to actually show up. I knew I would need litter before my next scheduled shipment and it was shipped early on 12/17. However it is 12/24 and I still haven't rec'd it. Plan for at least a 2 week shipping time.”

“We have used CatSpot for coming up on 3 years. Over the course of the last year, the quality has declined SIGNIFICANTLY. It is supposed to be dust free. It is NOT anymore. The dust is brown and messy and covers everything almost as badly as the old clay litter. It is also not as absorbant of odor as it used to be. I'm more and more disappointed every month.”
