“Catspot's ground coconut shells work so much better than clay litter. It doesn't build up and retain the odor and is much easier to dispose of, whether in the toilet or the yard (after removing the solids in the waste, of course). It breaks down easier than clay litter and is environmentally friendly. I've used it as compost on my lawn and flower beds to help retain moisture in the soil as well as disposing of it in the compost bin, which allows it to break down over time. You can't do that with the clay cat litters!”
