Monthly reminders and having live person to speak to keeps relationship real not robot. BTW no need to go out buy more plastic little pans. Cat spot doesn't stick to the pan like other clumpy clay littlers. So there you have it my review and again it's wonderful impressive deal with company that noticed and took the time invention.
