“The last 2 months deliveries were delayed and had to call. This month I called twice since my first was never returned. Both months I did receive Emails but no deliveries till I called. I and my family love the product but I am not happy with service.”
“While no litter is mess free, the thing I love about Catspot is that the litter that gets on the floor from my cat's paws is really easy to clean up. I just use my vacuum to sweep it all up. The old clumping litter was such a pain as my cat loves to jump in the tub after someone showers, and then go directly to the litter box. Then she'd leave gray paw prints all over my hardwood floors that I'd have to use a damp rag to wipe up.
And the fact that Catspot is ridiculously light weight compared to regular litter makes it perfect in my book.”
“Great Light Weight Litter. I no longer have to lug home the heavy clay litter. The Catspot litter controls odor and when I have to refresh the litter pan, I use the old litter as mulch in the garden.”
“I have been using for sometime and I believe I will have to change. I love the idea but it does help with odor . I change it every day . In the morning or even int evening of the day I have changed it it disgusting . Wish they was better odor control. Thanks”
“Overall, I love the product. It is a great alternative to basically everything on the market and I definitely think it's easier to manage. I have noticed that since the packaging has changed that the quality has gone down. The dust has definitely increased and every time I scoop the liter it causes dust to fly everywhere. Still going to use it but wish it was still how it was prior to the update.”
