“I really do like the litter, it works pretty well and if you keep up on stirring it, it doesn't smell much. However, I called after over a month of not receiving an order (and could no longer log into my account) and they had "lost" my account while they switched website hosts. ALSO, my bill went up since they had to open a "new account" even though I have been a loyal customer for years,how convenient. No apology from the girl on the phone, it was just a huge headache and I am currently shopping around for other similar litters”
