“I like the litter yet shipping must be by turtle and boat. I received notice it had been shipped a week ago and I still do not have it. Would be nice to have a tracking number. Having been a USPS Postmaster, I believe there may be more expedient ways to ship at an affordable price.”
Hello Sandy, we do make sure to include on our website that shipping can take 7-10 business days once shipped, and most deliveries are done via USPS. We are always working to make sure that shipping costs are not passed along to customers, while also maintaining efficacy.

“Over the years since I've been using Cat Spot I notice that when I stir the box contents around after the cats have urinated that after a day or two it starts to smell so I have been scooping the area out when I see where someone has peed. That can get costly even now that I only have 2 remaining cats. My two other cats passed away, one of kidney failure and the other at age 20. So, I confess, now that I have 3 remaining boxes only one of the three is still being filled the 2 inches with the Cat Spot since it is so much lighter and easier to dispose of.”
