“I've been using this litter since 2019 and always liked it. Recently though it has become extremely dusty and tracks everywhere. My bags keep arriving with the seal down the back open and the contents spilled out in the box. I have emailed customer service several times and have yet to hear anything back. I'm seriously considering discontinuing wasting my money on a product that has gone downhill.”
“I have been using this new form of non-clumping for maybe a year and not sure I will return to regular.
Somehow, there is always a clump of strings in each package. It's OK until I clean the litter and then I am not sure what it is. Can it be used for compost or just thrown away?
