“I've subscribed for at least 4 years to Catspot & both myself AND my kitties normally love it. It's easy to clean up, great odor control & light, which we all like. However, I've noticed that as of 2022, the litter has large clumps of un-shredded coco husks in it. My cats toss them out of the litter like they're a toy.
Have you recently changed suppliers or machinery? The husks were so consistently shredded & small but not anymore. Please look into it.”
“As I've said before Catspot is everything they say they are and what I will add is that if at anytime there's a problem they will take care of it asap and that qualifies as good service to me!”
“A lot of the litter sticks to his feet so it is carried around. I have a mat right outside that was to collect it so it wouldn’t be. But. The box is on a tile floor so it goes from there to the carpet in the next room. Not good but I like the litter cause it doesn’t stink like others. So we keep a vacuum handy.”
