Unfortunately, the latest delivery of our Cat Spot was delivered through the US Postal Service. The box was very damaged when it arrived. It looked like it had gotten wet, been opened and taped back up and then beat out of shape. Fortunately, the package containing the cat spot had not been breached. I hope CatSpot shipping will take this into consideration, and stick with competent carriers.”
