“This last delivery only got 1 package when we always get 2 packages. We called customer service and was told there was a glitch in the system and if people order more than 1 package they received only 1 but was charged for both. Hmm.... if they knew there was a glitch why did we have to xall to make sure the 2nd package was going to be shipped out? They should have already sent the other package out once they knew there was a glitch.”
“Normally I don’t respond to these requests because the litter is perfect but this time it seemed like it was very coarse and doesn’t stir in the wet very well at all. I feel like I’m stirring for ten minutes, and initially the litter poured out with all these big tumbleweed things that I had to pick out of the litter box. Not a good bag this time”
“Catspot works great an light weight. Easy remove solids and flush away. After two weeks just spread the old litter in your landscape. None going to a landfill.”
“My cat and I appreciate the fact that the litter doesn't have any added fragrance. There have been small issues with the heat sealing on the bottom of the bags. The corners are not sealed causing a small amount of litter to be falling out into the box. The tape used to seal the shipping box is not very strong causing the box to arrive partially open on a number of occasions.”
