“I wanted to increase my number of bags to 2 each month but I didn't see the option to do that. I had to pick frequency of deliveries. It wasn't really that clear if what I did resulted in my ordering an additional bag each month or if it merely changed my delivery date. So I will have to call customer service to confirm the results of my changes. Not convenient.”
