“We've been using Cat Spot since I heard the radio commercial several years ago. It's been great for us. When time to change it, we scoop the solids, dispose, and use the litter as mulch.”
“For my use this non-clumping litter is a perfect match. I know that the silica that is added to clumping litter is not good for people or pets. My cats have a condition called “pillow paw”. Other litters are too harsh and damaging to their tender paws. I know it does get stuck in paws a bit and gets around but I have special mats to collect it and all litter does that. I use about an inch of litter and scoop and stir daily to lengthen the use and keep the litter dry. It is so light that I never have to haul 50lb bags anymore. I change it when I smell it and that is about 1 or 2 times a week with 2 cats and 2 pans. I flush the stools and put the old litter in the flower beds and it looks great as mulch.”
“My cat has been enjoying Catspot litter for over two years now. I don't mind scooping, because there is no odor. I like that it absorbs odor quickly. My only complaint is that is gets tracked everywhere. But it doesn't hurt my feet like traditional litter. It vacuums up easily. No odor is my main priority. I get my monthly delivery and am happy that is is environmentally friendly.”
“The litter does absorb the odors as described. When it stops absorbing around the time frame specified, the cat stops using that box and I put the used litter (mulch) outside around the plants and bushes. By that time, a new Catspot package has already arrived!”
