“I have only one cat, but he is big and we have had a lot of trouble controlling the odor in his catbox. I used recycled paper litter for a while and it worked better than clay or clumping litter. Catspot litter is even better. As long as I remember to scoop the solid matter out and stir it every night before I go to be, the odor is well controlled.”
“I use the original Catspot litter, and it is a very good product. But I have a problem with the website. One bag is not quite enough, so I signed up for two bags each month. But after awhile I have extra bags of litter and I need to change the order to one bag. I have not been successful in being able to make that change on the website, so I tried to cancel my account. That did not work either, so I now have a mountain of extra litter. Can you help me with this?”
