“I have chronic migraine and use Cefaly to reduce symptoms. It is a very subtle treatment and I find if I don’t use it on a daily basis my symptoms worsen.”

“Cefaly has been a migraine management staple for many years.
Having bought the new model I am disappointed with the new larger flashing lights (that also flash through the housing) considering photophobia and flashing lights are common migraine triggers.”
“I've been using Cephaly for six months and I'm finding it quite effective.
I use it daily in conjunction with my monthly injectable and and twice daily meditation.
It's part of my tool kit.”
“The cefaly device has been fantastic at relieving symptoms but I haven't found it so good for prevention. The migraines still arrive, but with medication and cefaly I can now avoid three days of pain, sensory isolation and sometimes hospitalisation. My only real criticism is the case - the charger hardly fits in and causes everything else to rattle about. For an expensive device, it would be better to use a slim line charger and a case with foam cut outs to hold the parts securely.”
