“I was surprised how loosely the device was packaged with the main device just loose and falling around inside the case. The charger is extremely tight to get into the device. The electrode is very sticky and the gel is almost oozing away from the electrode once applied. Also, there were no cleaning wipes as pictured in the box.
Given the price, I'm surprised the presentation and care of the product aren't of a higher standard.”
